My name is Danielle Watson. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. I received my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an undergraduate degree from Brock University in Child and Youth Studies. I have experience working with at risk populations and those struggling with their mental health. I work with people of all ages.
Through my experience and education, I am able to offer individualized psychotherapy. I treat a number of mental health disorders, but specialize in treating eating disorders, depression and anxiety. I work with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. Sessions can take place in person at my office or virtually. Please contact me for more information.
I use a variety of treatment methods, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT-E, and Solution Focused Therapy. The approach depends on the needs of each client. My focus is working with the client in helping them become aware of their inner strengths and meeting their goals. By providing a safe, comfortable space for clients to share their concerns, a unique treatment plan can be made.
I promise to do my best to be there for you for every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to life you want.
I practice from a Health at Any Size and a No Diet Approach.
