Growing up I did not know I would want to become a therapist. I always knew I enjoyed helping others but did not know in what capacity. It was not until my own personal journey through an eating disorder and engaging in my own therapy that I knew I wanted to help others in this setting. I know what it is like to struggle and to be where you are. I know it can feel lonely and frustrating but know that I am hear to listen and encourage you along the way.
I am very grateful for all I have learned along the way and all the wonderful people my journey has brought into my life.
I am wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend to many amazing people in my life. I have 2 dogs, Nala and Simba, who are my whole world and have taught me what unconditional love looks like. Becoming a mother has been the most magical experience. In my free time, you can find me doing a puzzle, being active, cuddling with my dogs or enjoying a hot cup of tea.
